            Ms. Franceschini began as a software developer and was promoted to Project Director 
            and eventually Program Manager at SAIC.  Her career at SAIC was focused on programs in
            constructive simulation beginning with Modular Semi-Automated Forces (ModSAF), to
            OneSAF TestBed Baseline (OTB) SAF, to One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF).  </para>

            Ms. Franceschini served as the Integration &amp; Test Lead for the OneSAF Objective 
            System (OOS) Future Combat Support (FCS) Program.  She contributed to the architectural 
            design of the FCS embedded training systems by providing OneSAF and OTB integration expertise. 
            She led the integration and test team in the development of OneSAF FCS System 
            Integration Plans, Formal Test Plans and Procedures, and test processes. She was 
            responsible for the establishment of the test lab and the effort to set up the 
            OneSAF FCS Integrated Development Environment (IDE), which leverages COTS and 
            open-source products tailored from the OneSAF base program. </para>
            <para>
			Ms. Franceschini managed the OneSAF Testbed Baseline (OTB)/ModSAF program.  Her responsibilites
			included managing the contractual, financial, and technical activities of the OTB task orders 
			and contracts for OTB development and maintenance, the Combined Arms Staff Trainer (CAST) 
			Upgrade Program, the Deployable Virtual Training Environment (DVTE) Program, the OTB Joint 
            Virtual Battlespace (JVB) task order, the OTB Exercise &amp; Experimentation Support (EES) task 
            order, the Mission Planning and Rehearsal System (MPARS) task order and the AVCATT-A SAF program.
